Hi there,

I've just been using the Touch Pro for 2 days now. I've noticed though that unlike my old Dopod 838 Pro, the screen doesnt light up with a new SMS arrives, even if I do not lock the phone. Is there a fix to this, or some setting which I havent yet discovered? Thanks.

Hi for guys who having this question.... I have check with HTC International and know that when you buy the phone, the package will come with 1 started cd, you will find the Microsoft Outlook but it is a trial version and it has the direct push mail function too.

Additional: When you guys install a software named CE-STAR which enables users of English OS to view Chinese characters. When you bought this hp, HTC provide two cds that one is application cd, the other is getting started cd (mention above). You can find CE-STAR in the application cd. After you installed it in your touch cruise, you can read and write Chinese character in sms.

Hope can help people like me to solve the ?????

Anyone using Touch Pro faces the same problem as me? Surprisingly the speaker and mic on the phone malfunction every morning, meaning when I receive a call, the phone will vibrate but not ring (I set it to vibrate and ring before I went to sleep, even tried calling myself to confirm before sleeping). In addition, when I answer the call, I can't hear the other party and the other party cannot hear me. Screen showing call connected. Works fine after a soft reset for the whole day. Then next morning same thing again. Any remedy?
