CNET Asia Review
Very good
The good: Secondary SD slot expands primary storage; slim and light form factor; inexpensive. 7.6
out of 10View score
The bad: Limited 8GB SSD; poor battery life; no Bluetooth.
The bottom line: The Acer Aspire One may not be as feature-packed as the Eee PC 901, but the keyboard is certainly much better and could tip the scales in its favor.

Tiny machine for getting in touch outside
Sep 4, 2008Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Light, Compact, Fast boot up, 9" LCD, SSD mem is fast, SD card slot for flash mem expansion
Cons: No DVD-ROM, tiny battery, linux OS - limited applications, limited space for expansion

On the positive side, one remarkable observation is the short boot up time. It can be started within 25 seconds, likewise shutting down. And the battery can last a good 1.5 hr of internet surfing upon full charge. This tiny notebook is not entirely deprived of office applications ... Read more
