Very good

The good: Pocket-friendly small size; bright, brilliant screen; decent battery life; standard headphone jack; huge library of games; swappable faceplates provide screen protection.

The bad: Game Boy titles are looking old vs. more advanced competition; body and screen size may be just too small for some; not compatible with older GBA accessories.

The bottom line: Nintendo's latest Game Boy shrinks the size without downsizing the fun.

another...

Rating: 5 out of 10 (Average)
Pros: brighter screen
Cons: it's a gameboy-another one
Opinion:
for a long while, i had a gba, and it was good till i got my ds which rules. i eventionally got a nds lite. my bro has a micro, and he's addicted to it. but it's just another gameboy, only it's really small and cant play anything other than gba games-looks like you'll have to trade all your old games in.

it's good for anyone who is getting their first gameboy, but otherwise, stay with you original or sp-it's not worth trading.

GREAT GAMEBOY!!!!!!!!

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: everything
Cons: can not think of any
Opinion:
i have this gameboy micro now for about a week end i can not stay of it. I just can't leave it alone. Great screen and easy to use, like the sexy design and the different options. I also bought the play yan micro, it is now possible to play movies and mp3's on this little gadget. Believe me the best combination. Only negative thing is the cost of it all. See the internet and you know. Further no complaints and believe me if you touch and try it you will want to buy it!! I can recommend.

I guess I fell for Nintendo's intended market segment! I will highly recommend this unit to my friends in the 25- to 40-year-old range. This would be great for traveling or while taking a break at the office ;) I'm extremely satisfied with this product as I have been with other Nintendos.
