The good: Slim design; sharp color screen; easy-to-use keypad; slick-looking user interface that keeps it simple.

The bad: No auto-focus or flash on the camera; lack of 3G connectivity.

The bottom line: While this isn't the most advanced handset out there, it has a strong casing, a decent all-round feature set and an elegant, straightforward design. This is Nokia at its best.

a nokia classic!

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: excellent resolution, simple interface
Cons: no business applications
Opinion:
One of the best nokia phones ever made. I usually jump from one mobile to another after 4 months or so but this one really did it for me. I still use my 6300 for everyday use and its more than a year now. if ever i have to replace this phone it will be my side phone because i always carry 2 mobiles. the expandable memory is a big help, i use this phone to play music. easy to use, call, sms, and with a 2 megapixel camera. A classic phone on the budget!

The casing is getting fadded fast showing the ugly inner

Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: nothing special except the soft keys
Cons: The casing is getting fadded fast showing the ugly inner
Opinion:
The casing is getting fadded fast showing the ugly inner.
Speaker is not loud when u keep in jeans pocket or on a flat surface which covers the speaker. (speaker on the side would be idle.)

not as good as it looks

Rating: 4 out of 10 (Mediocre)
Pros: sleek design
Cons: poor voice quality/speaker on the phone
Opinion:
This phone has sleek look but from a functionality standpoint it is not as good. It is highly overrated based on its looks and over priced.
