3 days than it broke

Pros: great sleek look
Cons: software and hardware
Opinion:
ok the phone looks great, obviously i wouldn't have bought it if it didn't. it has some cool features, but is lacking compared to sony and nokia although it's price range is very appealing. the PROBLEM??? after three days my phone just shut down and when i tried to charge it, it would not charge. i took it to the retailer and they said it was short fused and the software had a virus. how can u get a virus when i haven't even downloaded a thing??? they said overcharging was the reason for it becoming short-fused, but it's hard to believe considering i was watching it and right after the battery was full i removed it just like it said. i mean if 10 seconds of overcharging will cause it to short fuse than the hardware is a piece of junk. sounds are cool, but u have to be careful not cover the speakers with ur hand. picture and screen are of good quality. text messaging on the other hand sux. the phone lacks many features. the thing that appealed most was the price and the look. unfortunately the software does not back up the look.
