Great for beginers wiling to learn

Pros: Lots of manual controls enableing you to experiment and explore photography

Opinion:
I bought this camera almost a year ago and I have used it extensively, and no problems have occured so from endurance and manufacturing quality point of view it's excellent!

It has a lot of manual controls so you can realy use some of the things you learn off the internet. You can manualy adjust exposure, aperture, brightnes, you can zoom up to 5X opticaly which is great, and you can adjust your focus manualy in any of the PASM modes (Program, Aperture priority, Shutter priority, and Manual modes )!!! You can set focus from infinity down to 1 cm macro!

It is a bit bulky (compared to other cameras in this class) but it's nothing that will bother you (it can easily fit in a jacket pocket). That is due to the extended lens (which is out of the body even when closed) and the batery slot. Some might see this as a step back from the ... Read more

Pros: Its a great package
Cons: Size - really not the slip into pocket type but does it matters?
Opinion:
This digi cam is great not only for newbies but the amateurs photographers coz of the ample controls that u can do for each photos. Videos capability are great. Its not exactly compact to put into pockets but does it matters? given the price and features it holds - its truly the compact package. Thumbs up.
