History of group

All began in 2002... Under the impressions from the listened disk of The Prodigy, the future founder of group (Vologin Artem) burned up to make attempt itself in music, to write anything such in style of Poison or Speedway, the same cutting a human ear and at the same time melodious. On those times financial position of ?creator? did not absolutely allow to purchase even the simplest simple synthesizer, not to mention about a valuable studio. And to all good, experience with such equipment was not present. Because aspiring to writing of music did not abandon in any way, and, vice versa, only added a ?heat?, all attention was directed on quickly developing PC. 2002 a year, maybe, was not such and distant in the plan of soft home studios, but similarly different ?plugins? to them. Disks were instantly bought up with maintenance approximately such: Propellerhead Reason, Rebirth Rb338, Cubase, Fruity Loops and other. At first a choice fell on simple Rebirth Rb338. Studying the elements of work with the program, a few unsuccessful tracks, simple, were created, with the plastic sounding. A little distressed the first unsuccessful experiment, the second attempt was done. "Nightmare" is acid track (unfortunately, was lost), possessed the quite not simple sounding, was positively appraised some people, but to the tops of perfection, in opinion of author, was yet distant. Bespattering work with Rebirth, passing was done to the above-stated studios (they and today used in writing and taking of tracks). With coming of Propellerheads, Steinberg and Imahe-line began new epoch in creation. The studios of these developers gave much more potential in realization of ideas in a sound: connected modules of VST, cutting and laying out of samples, more flexible tuning of synthesizers and other comforts, before not experienced. Notes began to flow the river, aggressive sounds, ?more or less? positive estimation of creation is all levitated a spirit, gave a shove for writing of more energetic and melodious tracks. A moment came, when recklessly it wanted to pull out the creation in great masses. Blessing, the Internet very helped herein. Which a surprise of author (to counting the creations ?underdeveloped?) was, when tracks were warmly enough met the internet public: music.download.com/olymp5 it is a prime example of spiritual and musical development of group! As for the Russian-language listeners, visitors of sites of realmusic.ru/olymp5, olymp5.pdj.ru also positive behaved to music of Olymp5. For today, since 2002, more than 40 tracks are written, there were attempts of joint work with other musicians, but all usually decided on the half of way and did not move up, therefore in a group today only one man: Vologin Artem, author and founder Olymp5. The First Compilation is a debut album of group, containing 14 tracks, some of which conducted beginning from 2004 (download album and more tracks: www.noiseworx.info, http://olymp5.pdj.ru). As for the name of group, Olymp5 was chosen foolishly enough, simply first word from the name of e-mail, which was offered by service of Rambler, and to becoming firmly established, them was not alone: CJ Artem, CJX et al.
