But if you are in Asia, it's not that simple. According to HTC Asia's BlackBerry Connect site, the Touch is not one of the products officially supported for this service. This means neither HTC nor your operator is obliged to help you set up your push email.
If you need it badly, there are ways of getting it to work, just do a quick Google search. But be warned, since there's no official support, if anything happens to your device or data in the process, you'll have to bear full responsibility.
