I need a phone that has no camera, but will allow me to surf the Internet and preferably have a big screen. It also has to be something affordable in the US$100 range.

The Nokia E61 probably fits your requirements best, but I'm not sure if it's currently in the US$100 range as prices may vary from region to region. This also depends on whether you are getting the handset with an operator contract.

Other models you can consider are the Nokia E51, E60, Sony Ericsson M600i and the Motorola W220, but these have smaller screens except for the M600i.
