What's a good digicam that's really pocketable?

Aug 19, 2008

Question on Digicams:

What's a good digicam that's really pocketable? I was hoping to get something under 20mm thick, about the size of a normal cell phone.

Depending on what mobile phone you're talking about, there are a few choices for slim cameras.

An entry-level slim shooter would be the Olympus FE-320. For a budget point-and-shoot, it performed better than we expected compared to other compacts in its class.

If you're looking for slim, stylish cameras, then you can't possibly go wrong with Sony's T-series. The Cyber-shot DSC-T300 is sleek but the image quality may not go down well with everyone. Its successor, the T700 is less than 20mm in thickness but is not available yet. Check back our site at a later date for its review.
