While the Web has been buzzing with news of the upcoming Treo 700p, images of another Palm device have started circulating on the Internet. Pictures of the Treo Hollywood (codename), announced earlier by Palm's CEO as one of the new smart phones for 2006, have appeared on several forums and blogs, including the
Treonauts site.
From the circulated photos, the Treo Hollywood would appear to sport a thinner form factor and antenna-less design. Speculations are rife that the Hollywood will run Windows Mobile 5.0 and feature a 300MHz processor, 128MB flash memory, 64MB of RAM, a 240 x 240-pixel display, and a 1.3-megapixel camera. So far, Palm has not breathed a word on whether the Treo 700p or Hollywood will be making its way to Asia anytime soon.
